“We wanted Emma to make a bespoke wedding collage that would add the finishing touch for our newly extending kitchen diner. We couldn’t be more happy with what Emma has created! Emma’s clever use of different materials and great choice of colour has given us a beautiful unique piece of art that stands centre stage in our dining room. Inspiration

Carolyn and Alexis were married in the Autumn of 2017. They wanted a
wedding collage to sit pride of place in their newly decorated dining room. They were keen to capture the Autumn scenery of Coltsford Mill in Kent, where they were married. Coltsford Mill is surrounded by trees and streams, and features a wooden gazebo and bridges, which are all featured on the collage.

The Process

This mixed-media collage was made on wood planks and created with mixture of wallpapers, dried autumn leaves, twigs, flowers, table decorations and Carolyn and Alexis’ wedding photos. The leaf shaped ‘word art’ on the trees, feature their names, date they were married and positive words of love.
