A Little Piece of Heaven

The process

At the beginning stage of every picture I make, I always ensure that whoever I am making the art for, knows that they really can have whatever they want, no holds barred!

With collage, the overall effect always looks slightly surreal, and the proportion a little off, but that’s what I love about it!

When Stephen gave me his wishlist for his collage, I originally thought it might look a little simple, as there wasn’t any contrasting things to mix together, it just consisted of animals, a church, a river, and a stone circle – which could easily unite in ‘real life’ !

But I have come to the conclusion that my style is far from ‘simple’, so even with Stephens uncomplicated list, I still managed to create art with my signature quirky look!

I loved making this collage. I am pleased with the the finished result… and i’m even more pleased to say that Stephen loved it too!
